Coach Alisa is the Founder of Rosethornbud313, a girls empowerment program focused on building confidence, emotional intelligence, and leadership. Alisa is a Certified Life and Suicide Prevention Coach and holds a Ph.D. in Christian Counseling. Through her work, she is dedicated to helping girls grow, heal, and step into their full potential, right here in Detroit, Michigan.

What I love most about working with girls and helping them grow? I love seeing a girl walk in unsure of herself and, over time, begin to stand taller, speak with confidence, and truly believe in who she is. There’s something powerful about watching her discover her voice, her worth, and her strength — sometimes for the very first time. This transformation is why Rosethornbud313 exists.
