Our signature programs
At Rose, Thorn & Bud, every program is intentionally designed to nurture growth at every stage — emotionally, socially, and personally.
Bloom (ages 9–11)
Focus: Confidence Foundations & Self-Discovery. Girls explore self-esteem building, positive self-talk, emotional awareness, and creative expression. They learn their voice matters — and that who they are right now is enough.
Rise (ages 12–14)
Focus: Resilience, Identity & Leadership Awareness. Girls develop healthy decision-making, boundary setting, conflict resolution, emotional regulation, and public speaking. We guide them through navigating peer pressure and growing independence.
Thrive (ages 15–17)
Focus: Leadership, Purpose & Real-World Exposure. Girls experience advanced leadership development, career exploration, community impact projects, and mentorship. They leave with clarity, confidence, and direction for their future.
